Today’s session was all about unlocking stronger, more mobile hips.
We moved through a mix of mobility and strength work:
✅ PAILs/RAILs for the groin
✅ Single-leg deadlift paired with a hip controlled articular rotation (CAR) for balance and rotation
✅ Chest press with added core activation
✅ Finished with 90/90 hip work to sharpen control and flexibility.
Small adjustments but big improvements in how the body moves.
