Here we strive to provide the finest in eye and vision health. Dr. Seema Nechel is a highly experienced and passionate optometrist. Her professional interests are primary care, contact lenses, diagnosis, treatment, management of ocular disease and the co-management of ocular surgeries, including LASIK. Dr. Nechel is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi and is happy to do visual health examinations in her native language. Dr. Nechel is active in her profession as a member of The American Optometric Association, Virginia Optometric Association, and the Northern Virginia Optometric Association. Services offered:

Our Story

Dr. Seema Nechel is a highly experienced and passionate optometrist. Her professional interests are primary care, contact lenses, diagnosis, treatment, management of ocular disease and the co-management of ocular surgeries, including LASIK. Dr. Nechel is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi and is happy to do visual health examinations in her native language. Dr. Nechel is active in her profession as a member of The American Optometric Association, Virginia Optometric Association, and the Northern Virginia Optometric Association.

Dr. Lori Butler graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Dakota with a B.S. in Biology. She earned her doctorate degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She then completed an optometric residency at Capital Eye Consultants, a secondary eye care referral center in Fairfax, Virginia, sponsored by the New England College of Optometry. Northern Virginia has been her home since 1994. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, playing piano, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Butler has extensive experience in fitting contact lenses and looks forward to helping you and your family with all your eye care needs.
