🩸 FEED YOUR FREQUENCY FRIDAY | Iron: Energy, Oxygen & Vitality
Iron isn’t about being “low energy” — it’s about how well oxygen gets delivered to every cell in your body.
Without enough iron, your brain, muscles, hormones, and metabolism all feel it.
No oxygen = low frequency 😮💨
🔥 What Iron Supports
✔️ Oxygen transport in the blood
✔️ Energy & endurance
✔️ Brain function & focus
✔️ Hormone & thyroid support
✔️ Immune resilience
🥩 Food-First Sources of Iron
Heme Iron (best absorbed):
• Grass-fed beef
• Liver
• Turkey & chicken
• Wild-caught fish
Non-Heme Iron (plant-based):
• Lentils & beans
• Spinach & leafy greens
• Pumpkin seeds
• Quinoa
• Blackstrap molasses
✨ Pair plant iron with vitamin C to boost absorption.
⚠️ Signs You May Be Low
– Fatigue or weakness
– Shortness of breath

🌾 Where molasses comes from
Molasses comes from sugarcane (and sometimes sugar beets).
It’s the thick, dark syrup left behind during the sugar-making process.
Here’s the simple version 👇
-Sugarcane is crushed to extract the juice
-The juice is boiled, causing sugar crystals to form
-The crystals are removed
-The remaining liquid = molasses
-The more times the juice is boiled, the darker and more mineral-rich the molasses becomes.
✨Types of molasses (this part matters)‼️
Light molasses – sweeter, less minerals
Dark molasses – stronger flavor, more nutrients
Blackstrap molasses – least sweet, most nutrient-dense
🖤 Blackstrap molasses is naturally rich in:
Iron
Calcium
Magnesium
Potassium
Molasses isn’t “just sugar.”
When it’s blackstrap, it’s more like a mineral syrup — a byproduct that keeps the good stuff after the sugar is removed.
