Join our Yoga Props Workshop to learn safe, creative ways to use props for support, stability, and increased range of motion. Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners. This session covers alignment tips, modifications, and flows that integrate props into your regular practice. All props provided.✨
Whether you’re a curious student who wants more ease in class, a teacher seeking concrete, ready-to-teach tools, or someone rehabbing stiffness or a minor injury, this hands‑on workshop teaches you to use blocks, straps, and bolsters with intention — not as afterthoughts. You’ll leave confident selecting the right prop for a body and a purpose, setting up safe, alignment-based modifications, and sequencing props into practices that build mobility, protect vulnerable joints, and invite deeper relaxation.

What you’ll learn
- Confident, repeatable setups for common categories of poses (standing, seated, backbends, twists, and restorative).
