a beautiful under eye refresh 🤍 it’s never just one area

Seen here: genetically hollow tear troughs • something no amount of skincare or lifestyle changes can fix. It’s structural, which means STRATEGY.

My approach:
✨ Medial cheek support with HA filler to rebuild the foundation
✨ Minimal, precise filler placement directly in the tear trough

Supporting the midface first allows me to use far less product under the eye, which is always the safer, more natural outcome.
I want to be transparent about something: tear trough filler is one of the areas I am most selective about at Nyse Aesthetic. The anatomy here is unforgiving. Not everyone is a candidate • and that’s okay.
