Surgery was never the goal.
Feeling like herself again was.
Her concerns: skin laxity, pigment irregularities, global volume loss - and a desire to feel on the outside how she feels on the inside // main concerns I hear often at consultations ✨
With no rush to augment, we played the long game - my favorite game
• Three rounds of global Sculptra, building a subtle, supportive collagen framework
• A simple but consistent skincare regimen to replenish and hydrate depleted cells
• Systematic SkinPen + PDGF treatments to strengthen and refine the surface
Over time, we saw more than structure - there was a visible shift in vitality and pigment quality.
When the foundation was ready, we gently augmented with Radiesse in the areas we age first: temples, eyes, and around the mouth - then finished with a global Radiesse wash to signal those cells: “Line up. Let’s go to work.” Over time, it will continue to improve her skin, collagen, vasculature and vitality.
Next up: nanofractional RF for stubborn lines as we enter her maintenance phase of collagen banking.
Trust, science, patience - and honestly, a whole lot of fun.
