I created The Matrescence Method because I could no longer ignore what I was seeing in mothers.
Women were months — sometimes years — beyond the postpartum window and still feeling exhausted, anxious, overstimulated, foggy, disconnected from themselves.
They were told it was normal.
That this is just motherhood.
That they needed more sleep, more water, less coffee.
But clinically, I was seeing something different.
I was seeing nervous system dysregulation.
Mineral depletion.
Blood sugar instability.
Hormone shifts that never fully recalibrated.
A profound identity transition happening without structured support.
