Another amazing Elk Creek + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so proud of the progress one of our residents has made! After facing challenges with balance and daily activities, she began working with our incredible physical and occupational therapy team. With their support—and the love of her family and caregivers—she’s been making wonderful strides. She’s now able to transfer with minimal assistance, building her confidence and independence each day. We’re excited to continue cheering her on as she works toward even greater milestones! 💪✨

🌟 Another amazing Elk Creek + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We’re proud to join the launched by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living. This campaign celebrates residents reaching meaningful milestones in their therapy programs — shining a light on the incredible progress happening right here in our community. 💪✨

We are so proud of the progress one of our amazing residents has made. Her goal has been to propel her wheelchair with more independence, and over the past four weeks, she’s worked hard to make it happen. She can now cross thresholds and self-propel about 50 feet: a huge milestone worth celebrating! Both she and her family are so excited about her achievements, and we can’t wait to keep cheering her on as she continues reaching for her goals!
