Your rearview mirror can be a posture reminder 🚗🪞
Before you start driving, sit up tall with your hips back in the seat, shoulders relaxed, and head stacked over your body ✅
Then adjust your rearview mirror from that position.
Now, if you start slouching, the mirror will feel “off” — and that’s your cue to reset ⬆️
Small posture reminders like this can help reduce the neck, shoulder, and low back tension that builds up during long drives 😮💨
It does not have to be perfect posture.
It just has to be a better position more often 🙌
