Restoring Function’s mission is to be the leading home care and rehabilitation service provider by providing the highest standard of comprehensive health care through a multidisciplinary team approach with compassion, respect, privacy, and skill competency. We will meet the personal and health care needs of our consumers by providing quality care to homebound individuals of all ages with our well-trained and dedicated professionals and paraprofessionals. It is our responsibility to assist patients and their families to attain and to maintain the highest level of independent functioning as possible. We will actively incorporate the patient and/or their families in the establishment of the plan of care. Once a patient reaches their maximum potential, has met their goals, or is no longer homebound; we will be an integral part in assisting the patient/family with the discharge planning.
