We are shutting her down a little early today! Our NP has her annual mammogram appt.

Why is she sharing such incredibly private information you ask?? 🫣 because it’s soo important that our mommas and grandmamas over the age of 40 get their yearly mammograms! We get so busy taking care of our babies, our care can go down the wayside.

Let this be your reminder to go get your mammograms and perform your self checks!! 💕💓🌸💖💞

Good morning! Hope you all are having a blessed Saturday so far!

With Dr Baird working remotely, our hours will slightly change.

Our NP is adjusting her schedule and staying later three of her days and our Saturdays that we are open, to help as much as possible!

PLEASE NOTE:
****Our hours may vary based upon patient load for any given day*****

Monday: 8:30-4:30
Tuesday: 8:30-4:30
Wednesday: 8:30-2:00
Thursday: 8:30-3:30
Friday: 8:30-2:00
Every other Saturday: 8:30-1

We are blessed that Dr. Baird is able to help a rural community while being 100% available to our Nurse Practitioner!

Our precious Dr. Baird is blessed with a gift of helps and she is gifted with the knowledge of starting a practice!

She’ll be back in office before you know it! Until then, our NP will be seeing all patients!

They’re bbbaaaacckkk!!! Kids are back at school so that means the sicknesses are back in full force!! 🤧🤧🤒🤒🫩🫩

Give us a call so we can get your kiddo feeling better and back in school ASAP!!! 🤗 most days we have same day sick, if not same day, then next day! 🤗🤗

Please remember, kiddos are contagious until 24 hours fever free WITHOUT medication and contagious until 24 hours of no vomiting and/or diarrhea. 👍🏻

It’s pretty late in the summer to get our first triple digit day (thank goodness!!) but here we are! Tomorrow it’s supposed to be 100 and of course we have all of August and half of September to go.. so plenty of time for more!

Please remember to hydrate!! Hydrate with water and/or an electrolyte drink if you and the kiddos are spending time outside! It’s summer and we all love to drink those sodas, sweet teas, etc.. but these will not hydrate you very well to keep up on these hot days!

Also, our kiddos doing outside sports or summer workouts, hydrate today to help you tomorrow. Don’t wait until the morning of to try to hydrate.. it’s too late!

Remember, no water before one year old! 🤗
