My Saturday morning looks a little different from yours. 😂🔴

No this is not a scene from a horror movie.
This is me. On a Saturday morning. Taking care of my skin with the Frequense LED face mask. 🙈
Red light therapy has been one of those things I kept hearing about and finally said — okay let me try this.
And I’m not going back.
While everyone else is rushing into the weekend —
I’m sitting here glowing. Literally.
Because here’s what I’ve learned about wellness:

Building a business with your husband…nobody tells you what it’s really like. 🤣

The meetings that happen over morning coffee.
The decisions made on a Sunday drive.
The days where we’re business partners first and remember to be husband and wife second.
It’s the best hard thing I’ve ever done.
And one thing I’ve learned?
We both show up better — for each other AND the business — when we’re actually taking care of ourselves.
Not just pushing through.
Not just surviving the week.
Actually feeling good. Energized. Present.
That’s not an accident.
That’s a choice we make every morning. 💚

May is Mental Health Awareness Month — and this one hits close to home for me.
For a long time I thought feeling foggy, anxious, and emotionally drained was just the price of being busy.
Running a business. Keeping up with life. Always being ON.
What I didn’t realize was that my mind was running on empty — and no amount of pushing through was going to fix that.
What actually helped?

I want to tell you something I don’t think I’ve shared enough.
