My heart is so full.
I left the Frequense cruise this morning and walked straight into our first day of conference… and within hours they were already announcing new products.
A new flavor of RISE.
New face and lip products.
New tuned jewelry.
But honestly? The products are just part of it.
What really gets me every time is the growth.
The leadership.
The vision.
The way this company thinks differently.
I’ve been in rooms before where things felt heavy, competitive, or forced.
This feels aligned. Innovative. Expansive.
Frequense isn’t just about supplements or jewelry. It’s about supporting your energy, your nervous system, your clarity — so you can build from a place of strength instead of burnout.
And watching Frank experience the culture with me this week meant everything. When the people closest to you can feel the difference too… that says a lot.
We are the first and only company with this technology, and we’re still in massive growth. But what excites me most isn’t just where it’s going — it’s who you become while building it.
