Hi everyone! For those of you who don't know me, I’m Abrey Adams Watterson, and I’m so excited to be speaking at this month’s Community Connection Classroom! It’s always such an honor to be part of this amazing group, and I’m especially excited to share that next month marks three years of hosting these classes together. What an incredible journey it has been!

I’m a faith based mental health coach, a Rapid Eye and Microcurrent Neurofeedback Technician, and an Inner Healing and Deliverance Coach. I own The Healing Room LLC and Optimal Brain Center Burley, and my passion is helping people heal emotionally, mentally, and spiritually so they can walk in true freedom.

On August 21st we’re diving into something that affects more people than they realize: The Drama Triangle. It’s a powerful tool that helps us understand the unhealthy roles we can fall into during conflict, like Victim, Rescuer, or Persecutor, and how those roles keep us stuck in cycles of chaos, stress, and disconnection.

When we learn how to step out of those patterns, we’re able to communicate more clearly, live with more peace, and build healthier relationships. Whether you’ve seen this dynamic in your home, at work, or even in your own thoughts, this teaching can be a game changer. I can’t wait to explore it with you!
