This helps you get the most out of your session, makes it easier for your muscles to release tension, and lets you fully enjoy your time on the table.

Athletes:

Did you know your shoulder relies on four small but mighty muscles to stay stable and strong? These are the rotator cuff muscles, and they work together to keep your shoulder moving smoothly and safely.

Here’s a quick intro to the FAB FOUR:

💪 Supraspinatus – Starts the lift! This muscle helps you raise your arm out to the side.

💪 Infraspinatus – Keeps things in check by rotating your arm outward (external rotation).

💪 Teres Minor – A small helper that also aids in external rotation and shoulder stability.

💪 Subscapularis – The internal rotator! It helps rotate your arm inward and keeps the shoulder joint secure.

🎯 Why this matters:
Tightness, overuse, or strain in any of these muscles can lead to pain, reduced range of motion, or injury — especially in athletes or people who work overhead often.
