I had the opportunity to sit with some incredible people and offer chakra scans—each one unique, insightful, and honestly… just really special to experience together.

There’s something powerful about slowing down, tuning in, and helping someone see what’s going on beneath the surface. I’m so grateful for those moments.

A heartfelt thank you to Tara for creating such a welcoming space and for always being so supportive. It truly means a lot to be part of something like this.

Sound bath prep… but apparently I’m not working alone.

My little “assistant” decided to test the frequencies today…
(paw directly on the volume control, of course 😄)

There’s something kind of beautiful about this moment though…
no overthinking, no analyzing—just feeling the sound.

And honestly… that’s exactly what this experience is about.

Letting the noise settle…
letting the body listen…
letting yourself soften for a little while.
