A friendly reminder. I am only one person and try so hard to give equal time to each patient I see.
This is a real struggle to be treated poorly by patients who expect everything to be done over the phone.
I have patients who call my office on a daily basis and demand that my staff do tasks for them.

Please be mindful of those who are working for you every single
Day! There is so much going on behind the scenes that most people don’t even realize.

Tis the season to be Merry and Kind. 🎄
