Weekend projects shouldn’t mean Monday pain.
Many “weekend warriors” go from low activity during the week to sudden high-intensity yard work, golf, workouts, or home projects. That quick spike in demand stresses joints, muscles, and old injury sites — especially the low back, shoulders, and knees.
Prevent flare-ups:
• Warm up 5–10 minutes
• Gradually increase intensity
• Engage your core when lifting
• Don’t ignore early warning signs
If you’re already feeling a flare-up, early chiropractic care can reduce inflammation, restore motion, and help prevent chronic problems.
