Sleeping less than 6 hours nightly or more than 9 hours nightly could increase the risk of heart attack.

MIT and Harvard researchers studied nearly 500,000 adults and found out that short sleep duration (9 hours per night) had a 34 percent increase in risk. They concluded that one additional hour of sleep per night in short sleepers would decrease the risk of heart attack by 20 percent.

Heart attack and bedtime schedule.
Researchers from 21 countries analyzed sleep habits and cardiovascular events (like heart attack) in 112,000 people. They found that people who go to bed before 10 pm and the ones who go to bed after midnight had higher risk of cardiac events.

treatment with no mask and no CPAP. You may be eligible if you have
sleep apnea

You will be reimbursed for your time and travel. The reimbursement
varies based on the type of the clinical trial that you will enroll in.
