INGREDIENTS
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and de-veined, tails removed if desired
1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed once trimmed, asparagus can be left whole or chopped into thirds to fit more easily in the pan
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried Italian herb blend or Herbs de Provence see notes for DIY blend
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Mediavine
In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle oil and add butter.
Once butter is melted, add shrimp and asparagus. Season generously with salt and pepper and dried herbs and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until asparagus is fork-tender.
Stir in garlic for 1 minute or so until fragrant. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over everything and serve immediately.

All the flavor of enchiladas—without the carbs! Creamy, spicy, and packed with protein—perfect for a quick dinner or post-workout meal.

đź§ş Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat)

½ cup sugar-free enchilada sauce

½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp chili powder

ÂĽ tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional toppings: diced avocado, green onions, jalapeños, cilantro

Starbucks egg bites!! Seriously the simplest recipe ever! I eat these every morning.
18 eggs
A cup of cottage cheese (full fat)
A cup of cheese of your choice grated
Then add what you like! I have a red pepper, yellow pepper, chives, salt, and pepper, and I’m crisping up some bacon I’ll add about 10 slices.
Then blend til fluffy!
I spray my silicone cups with avocado spray and cook on 350 for 30 minutes
Side-note , I got the silicone egg bite silicone cups on Amazon fairly cheap
