For today’s , we’re proud to announce the promotion of Donraymond Deocareza, LVN, to Intake Manager. 💙

Don has been with ANX for 8 years and brings deep operational knowledge, consistency, and leadership to this role. He will lead the intake team and oversee the referral process, ensuring patients are matched with the right clinician quickly and seamlessly.

This role is critical to access, coordination, and the overall client experience. Don’s leadership will help us continue to deliver a smooth, reliable start to care.

Outside of work, Don is inspired by the idea that life is defined by meaningful moments. One of his most memorable experiences was backpacking through Western Europe.
