Water is sacred, and part of the origin story in many cultures. People have gone to special springs for curative purposes for thousands of years, along with ritual bathing and communal bathhouses.* Baths, hot springs, lakes, rivers, the ocean... water is the interface between matter and energy. They behave in similar ways as waves, spirals, flow and stillness.

We’re being slammed these days! Between constant disturbances in the field - political and cosmic - and the upcoming holidays, it’s a lot. A great way to reset is returning to water; a bath, hot spring, or the literal ocean from which life first emerged. Since then we carry our liquid supply with us! Born with a body that is 98% fluid we don’t crawl out from the seas but are thrust out of the wet womb world. Current astrology is also calling us back to a gentle immersion, a deep water experience.

MAJOR INCOMING ENERGY! The past few days we've had major (X-class) solar flares and the accompanying coronal mass ejections of plasma! It's heading our way, which will result in intense geomagnetic storms here on earth. Unusual that this energy is also directly impacting the earth's surface and below - called "ground level enhancement" - and possibly ramping up volcanic and earthquake activity. Northern lights during this time will be spectacular, and with clear skies may even be seen in the southwest. I am fascinated by the world of energy, in our bodies and beyond!

Many still think of ghosts* as spooky or titillating, but it’s just another day in expanded awareness. You can develop your inherent capacity to allow that easy access, any time of the year! The entire universe is pure consciousness connected by a web of energy. We can freely commune with anything – plants, animals, rocks, devas, elementals, people here and – there. Guides, angels, galactic beings, the earth, planets - anything you set your intention towards*. It’s a giant playground!

Everyone in America knows the phrase “free speech”. The internet has accelerated the complicated questions about what speech is protected, and how and when to apply limits (hate? po*******hy?). Right now journalists, universities, protesters, and even people whose private comments offend the regime are targeted. It’s time to revisit the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights. Speech is not the only thing it covers! There are other critical rights under threat right now…
