🌿🌿🌿
Place one hand on your heart.
One slow breath in, one slow deep breath out.

Tune your energy toward inner calm and peace,
not the pressure and stress of imagining the week starting tomorrow.

Trust your mind and body.
They will find their rhythm naturally
you don’t have to force it right now.

You can gently and warmly tell yourself,
“It will be alright. Let’s relax together now.”

Listen to your inner nurturing voice.
It will bring you back to yourself, here and now.

🌿🌿🌿
Almost at the end of the week…

Have you been speaking to your inner child with care, kindness, and love?

Does your inner child feel safe, supported, and loved in the warmth of your nurturing inner voice?

Or have you been using an overly inner critical voice to push yourself, stress yourself, or keep going even when you’re tired?

Please take a moment to offer yourself some gentle and loving words🫶
And see if you can find your inner child smiling brightly within you🌼

Sending you a big hug and have a relaxing weekend☺️

We begin our day by rushing into work and school, adjusting ourselves to the rhythm outside of us.

But pause for a moment.
Listen to your inner voice.
Check in with how you feel.

Let the sounds, the visuals, and your senses settle into your body.
Notice your own rhythm.

You may feel warmth.
You may breathe a little deeper.
You may even catch yourself smiling☺️

You do not need to only keep up with the world outside.
You can return to the inner rhythm of your wellness🌼

Happy New Year!

As we enter the new year, I invite you to imagine this:
a day when all flowers bloom beautifully.

Not because life is perfect, but because each seed has been quietly nourished with love, kindness, and care.

Do not worry about where you are right now.
Life brings cloudy skies and rainy days, and still, your inner wellness grows slowly, gently, and steadily.

Everyone has their own pace.
Your pace is good.

Nourish your seeds with love and kindness.
And when you see someone else tending their seeds too, offer care and encouragement, because we bloom better together.

Today, let’s begin this journey of nurturing our inner wellness. And I am walking with you.

One day, I dream of a world where every flower blooms in its own way, and the garden of our world is filled with true well being☘️🌸🌼🌺🌻🌷

I’m deeply honored to receive the Mental Health Global Pioneer Award for “Innovation Across Borders” and the “Community Centered Wellness Leader” Award at the Fluxx Awards event on December 5, 2025.

For many years, work has been alongside many very diverse and underserved clients and communities who live with stigma and real barriers to mental health support.

Many clients and communities experience stress, racism, discrimination, hopelessness, unfriendliness, and loneliness because of their challenging backgrounds and mental health struggles.

Over time, I formed nonprofit organizations both in the US and Japan, and extended the support internationally. But still, there is a deep awareness that many people continue to suffer in silence.

At first, the focus was on reducing symptoms, easing stigma, and helping people manage their mental health. But the more time spent with people living in deeply challenging environments, the more one truth became clear.

People are not looking for problem-solving or mind management.

They are looking for a way to feel their soul “alive.”

They are not looking for a surface patch. They need true care and support for their soul and well-being.

Even in the midst of struggle, people still find strength, joy, and hope within their wellness process.

We are entering the new stage now.

Moving from fixing mental health problems to nurturing the true wellness that already lives within us.
True wellness never dies. It is waiting to be nurtured, and to bloom again.

Inner wellness is one of the most powerful and sustainable forms of mental health support we can all access equally, no matter who you are or where you live.

I truly appreciate this recognition, and thank you to Fluxx team and everyone who continues to contribute to improving mental health in every community.

This award is not just a personal honor. It feels like a shared moment that reflects the work, compassion, and hope so many people carry.

With sincere appreciation, the hope remains steady.
To keep walking this path together.

A path that helps us all truly be well.

Life is shorter than we think.

We don’t have time to live the life someone else expects of us.
Choose being you.

Because one day, you may look back and wish you had lived more of the life you truly wanted.

Love “being you.”
Love the people around you just as they are.

We all stay busy with daily life, but I believe choosing “being you” is one of the most important things we can do.

It’s our most important job.

May this holiday be a beautiful “Being You” holiday☺️

🌱☘️🌿

True wellness is not something we have to chase.
It already lives within us.

As a psychotherapist and Global Mental Health Advocate, I am here to support a new era of true wellness. Not one that asks us to fix ourselves, but one that gently invites us to nurture what is already alive inside.

I believe healing can feel empowering, hopeful, and deeply human. And you do not have to do it alone.

Each of us carries inner resources, strength, and resilience, even in moments when we feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or discouraged. In those moments, we deserve compassion, not pressure.

When we create spaces that honor both mind and body, we can soften our breath, return to ourselves, and reconnect with our souls. We can learn to be gentler with ourselves as we move through our healing, and build pride in the journey of truly being well.

Wellness is not something we earn. It is not something we must prove.

It is a universal right, nurtured from within, and supported wherever you are.

May each moment of your life be filled with joy and light.

In response to last night’s earthquake in Japan, I imagine many of you may be feeling anxiety or fear, may not be sleeping well, and that many people who were affected are going through something incredibly difficult in the cold. I also know that among my followers, there are many who live in countries that have experienced major earthquakes and disasters, wars, or political conflict, and who are still living with ongoing hardship and emotional impact.

Above all, please prioritize your safety and the safety of your loved ones. After events like this, it is very common for a wide range of reactions to show up in both mind and body. Difficulty sleeping, a racing heart, uncontrollable tears, feeling foggy or numb, or ongoing tension and anxiety, anger are all natural responses.

To help settle your mind and body even a little, please try any of the following, as you are able:

☘️Take slow, deep breaths.
☘️Do grounding practices to bring your attention back to the present moment.
☘️Limit how much information you take in, and only follow what is necessary.
☘️Move through your day at a gentler pace than usual.
☘️Keep your body warm, drink water, eat when you can, and rest whenever possible.
☘️Be as kind and gentle with yourself as you can.

You do not need to force yourself to feel okay. Even if fear or anxiety remains, simply helping yourself feel a bit calmer, receiving support, and getting through the present moment is more than enough.

I am holding hope that your minds and bodies will be protected as much as possible, and that moments of safety and relief will return.

Please take care of yourselves, and keep your safety as your top priority.

The essence of nurturing comes before kind words or correct interventions.

It lives in “the intention of a living being” toward “another living being”

That intention becomes rhythm in breath, voice, gaze, and body expression, and reaching the nervous system,
lighting the safety of “ Your being is held here. ”

Being cared for inside living intention is deep healing.

It stays in the body as memory, and slowly awakens kindness within us.

AI can generate caring words, but it cannot hold living intention,
living bodily resonance, or the shared vibration of a real relationship.

Live-to-live, in connection, nurturing grows.

When I was a teenager, life taught me my first lessons in vulnerability.

In my twenties, I still tried to hide it, but slowly realized it was more than okay to feel.

In my thirties, vulnerability transformed into strength and compassion.

In my forties, it has become love, connection, and a softer way of being.

Vulnerability has been my greatest teacher from teens to my forties.

I look forward to witnessing how it will continue to evolve, guiding me into deeper truth and presence.

How is your vulnerability journey?
