🌿Healing

I cannot give you healing.

Healing is not something to receive. It is something to remember.

As a psychotherapist, I simply hold the mirror
so you can see the light that has always been yours.

The moment you turn inward and listen,
You realize that healing was never outside you.

It has been breathing within you all along
- waiting to be remembered.

Remember — it’s okay to slow down and rest🌿
Your mind and body are simply asking for care, not correction.

As the season shifts and the air grows colder, our minds and bodies begin an adjustment period, finding a new rhythm with less daylight, lower temperatures, and slower energy.

It’s natural to feel more tired or less motivated during this time.

Beyond learning stress management techniques, I believe that bringing an inner nurturing voice helps us stay grounded and compassionate toward ourselves, especially when our mind and body are adapting to change.

🌿The outside world can often feel busy, stressful, anxiety, fear, and full of storms.

But within us, there is a world that is peaceful, calm, and warm — a place untouched by chaos.

This inner world cannot be destroyed by anything outside because it is created by our own core self, not shaped by anyone else.

Feel your inner peace. It is already alive within us.

✨ Truly be well.

<Mutual Support>

I got together with fellow counselors. We meet regularly throughout the year to support and heal each other, so that together we can continue offering mental health support to more clients and communities.

A supporter is not someone who can do everything alone or always appear strong.

True strength comes from acknowledging our own “vulnerability”, opening our hearts, engaging in dialogue with ourselves and others, and allowing ourselves to receive care and support. It is through this openness that we sustain the capacity to care for those we serve.

I sincerely hope that these circles of mutual support, communities where we can both give and receive, will continue to grow across the world, offering many people a sense of security and belonging.

When working with clients who are seeking stress management, I often hear the same phrase
“I just want to get rid of all my stress.”

And I always respond,
“That would be very difficult.”

The reason is simple. As long as we are alive, it is impossible to live completely free from stress. Even without doing anything special, simply going about daily life exposes us to stress.

Whether it is physical discomfort, changes in our health, the weather, our surroundings, or even noise, we are constantly facing external stressors in our everyday environment.

Our mind and body respond to stress much like a metronome or a pendulum, always moving back and forth. When that swing leans too far to the side of stress, the body and mind become overloaded, leading to a state of being “overstressed.”

Therefore, the first step in stress management is not to aim for eliminating stress, but rather to consider how we relate to stress and how we regulate that constant swing.

Mental Wellness is much like growing vegetables in a garden.

Just as we till the soil, plant seeds, and provide water and sunlight each day to help them gradually grow, our inner well-being is also nurtured through the simple daily ways we care for ourselves.

Rather than relying only on what is given from the outside, we can listen carefully to the voice within and take rest and joy as our “nourishment.”

In doing so, the true strength and resilience of the heart begin to blossom.

So today, what kind of “water” or “light” will you offer to your heart?
