The Legacy Assisted Living at Burlington is looking for a fun motivated, dependable individual to join our team! We are looking for quality individuals to be a vital link between our residents, and all facility staff.

We are currently hiring for:

1-Full Time Overnight position

Requirements:
Basic computer skills
Self-Starter and able to work independently
Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")
Possess a love for the elderly
Have a positive and compassionate attitude
Must be willing to do cooking, laundry and housekeeping after being given some instruction
Responsibilities:
Our Caregivers/QMAP’s are responsible for;
Caring for our elderly residents
Responding to resident calls in a timely manner
Assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs),
Documenting and notifying Administrator of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition
As well as all duties given them as assigned by the Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass CAPS background check (Colorado Adult Protective Services)
Must be able to pass a drug test
TB tests are required for this position upon hire.
CPR/First Aid certified (if not certified company will cover the expense)
QMAP certified (if not certified company will cover the expense)

12 hour shifts from:
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

14 shifts per month

Salary Ranges from $15:00-$17:00 per hour with a shift differential being paid for overnight staff.
