At Burlington, we are proud to serve and care for many veterans and families who carry forward the legacy of courage, commitment, and sacrifice. Today, we remember, reflect, and express our deepest gratitude.

For day four of Nursing Home Week, we traveled to Paris!

Croissants, fresh salads, and a little “champagne” (sparkling grape juice) in the air. Our residents enjoyed live music and great company!

And of course, a big shoutout to Danielle Coda for taking home Best Dressed today.

Nursing Home Week Day 3 took us to Jamaica!

Our residents and staff enjoyed live music, delicious jerk chicken with rice, fresh fruit cups, and tropical punch.

Shoutout to Lisa from MDS for winning Best Dressed and fully committing to the theme!

Day 1 of Nursing Home Week: VEGAS, BABY!!

We brought the casino with staff trying their luck on scratch-off tickets, while residents hit the jackpot during bingo with some BIG prizes. And shoutout to our Best Dressed winner, Heather, our amazing Activity Director, who truly understood the assignment.

Day 2 took us straight to Italy for a delicious pasta party that everyone enjoyed. The style didn’t disappoint either, with Danielle from therapy taking home the Best Dressed title for the day.

From Vegas lights to Italian nights, we’re just getting started! More to come!

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible women who give so much of themselves both at work and at home.

Our nurses and caregivers don’t just care for residents, they shape lives in more ways than one. After long shifts filled with compassion, patience, and dedication, they go home and continue that same love and care with their own families. The impact they make doesn’t end when they clock out.

To the mothers on our team, thank you for the strength you show, the sacrifices you make, and the example you set every single day. You are raising the next generation with the same kindness and heart you bring to our residents.
