Most people think of saunas as a luxury spa thing, but you’re making it accessible and affordable - what’s the biggest misconception about sauna use you’re trying to change?

“The biggest misconception is that sauna is a luxury rather than a necessity. In many cultures, sauna has always been a communal, everyday practice—an essential part of health and well-being, not just an occasional spa treat. We’re working to shift the mindset from “this is something I do on vacation” to “this is something I do as part of my lifestyle.” Sauna is one of the most time-tested wellness practices, with proven benefits for physical recovery, mental clarity, and overall resilience. Our goal is to make it as accessible as going to a yoga class or grabbing a cup of coffee—something people integrate into their routine, not just an indulgence.”
