This past Saturday, our Activities Director brought Lucky Quarter Pokeno to life for our residents, and it was a smashing success! Everyone relished the excitement of the game. The atmosphere buzzed with laughter, friendly rivalry, and plenty of lucky moments. We can’t wait for the next round! 🎉💰

Today we are shining the spotlight on Taylor D'Ascoli and highlighting her recent promotion to Senior Director of Admissions.

Taylor is a dynamic and highly accomplished Senior Admissions Director supporting the South Jersey region. With a reputation for excellence, leadership, and collaboration, she plays a vital role in driving admissions success across the region while continuing to serve as the Admissions Director at Complete Care at Marcella, a position she has held with the distinction for the past four years.

Since joining Complete Care in 2020, her career progression reflects her dedication, versatility, and deep commitment to the organization’s mission. Taylor has advanced through multiple roles, including Central Supply, Admissions Coordinator, Admissions Director, and now Senior Admissions Director. This well-rounded experience gives me a unique, comprehensive understanding of both operational and admissions processes.

In her senior role, she provides strategic guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to Admissions Directors throughout South Jersey. Taylor is widely recognized as a trusted resource and leader, valued for my problem-solving abilities, institutional knowledge, and unwavering commitment to supporting teams and ensuring exceptional outcomes for residents and families.
