Look at this transformation! These before and after photos of our newly renovated subacute unit are incredible. We are beyond excited to officially open the doors to our patients on September 8th, 2025 and begin to in this beautiful serene space.

is underway and today is "Kindness is Contagious Tuesday"! To spread kindness, our residents pick a popsicle stick with a name on it & made a positive card for that person about what we liked about them.

We are so excited to announce that our newly renovated sub-acute unit will officially be open for patients on September 8th, 2025.

New Jersey’s first of its kind Dialysis Den in partnership with Concerto Renal Services is located right off the unit for the ease and convenience of our residents. We are looking forward to very soon!
