On paper, our Pregnancy Circle and VerMamas groups are 6 sessions.
I think these guys are on session 100, give or take.
We love holding space and creating the connections, but more than that, we love where you take it next. And we love when we get to be a part of that đ
If youâre feeling lonely, or newly stepping into this next chapter and trying to avoid that lonely feeling, youâre in the right spot. Waitlists for PC and VerMamas are open for our next session, and we have two spots left in our VerMamas 2.0 starting this week!!
We also have 4 free playgroups and 13 yoga/fitness classes this week for you to join with your baby!
If youâre feeling the pull to get back out into the world postpartum, now is your moment.

Love when our checks-ins start with, âIâm 51 months postpartum,â because yes, you are postpartum forever even though most people stop calling themselves postpartum after a few months.
Your brain, body, and heart will never forget that you physically grew and birthed a human or multiple humans. Honor that amazing body and all itâs done, whether your 5 weeks postpartum, 51 months, or 51 years. đ

Decision paralysis when you have an hour of nap time? Me too. Except when Iâm in someone elseâs home, and then itâs time to clean up from breakfast, unload snd load the dishwasher, make lactation cookies, put laundry away, and catch up with a mom whose raising three under three and making it look easy.
If youâre crafting your baby registry or know someone who is, remind them to look out for their future selves with a postpartum doula. We take care of that decision paralysis for you so you can do what matters (like snuggle your baby, sleep, shower, sleep, move your body, or sleep).

I really love that a big part of my job is talking to pregnant folks who are feeling anxious about becoming a parent and telling them they are about to step into their most fun era yet.
We arenât saying it isnât hard. Or tiring. Or demanding. But more than that, itâs a love so big it makes you weepy, itâs joy, and itâs magic in such small, sweet moments.
And getting you from surviving to thriving (or at least sometimes thrivingđ), thatâs kind of our mission. Lean in, find your village, and we are so glad youâre on this journey with us.
Oh and whoâs excited for bike season with their tots đ finally going to make this dream come true đ

We offer Newborn Care classes where we teach Babywearing, and we offer Dogs and Storks where we teach you how to be dog parent with a baby on the way, so obvious next class would be a Dogwearing class?!
I think we might be on to something here đ
(Okay and for the person wondering, this is not what happens in Dogs and Storks even though that would be superrr cute!)

Because if we didnât do our check in at the start of class, how would we know that half our Yoga for Birth Prep was due either on the same day or within days of each other?
Or that youâre not the only one whose birth âplanâ might be changing.
Or that almost everyone was dealing with intense heart burn so no down dog. (Well I guess I could have guessed that one with a room full of third trimester mamas)
Yaaa we spend the first 5-10 minutes of every class chatting, and some people might hate that part of our classes. But one day youâll find that connection and itâll all make senseđâš
