Make this your year✨
The year you finally say yes to the pull you’ve been feeling. The year you pursue your passion, not someday, but now. Our Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to dive deep into your practice, your understanding, and yourself. It’s about more than learning poses or sequences; it’s about discovering your voice, building confidence, and exploring what yoga truly means in your life. Whether you plan to teach or simply want to deepen your personal practice, this is a year of growth, connection, and transformation.

To get started, you’ll fill out a short application so we can learn a little more about you and your intentions. From there, Jessica will reach out to schedule a one-on-one conversation where you can walk through the program details, requirements, and ask any questions you may have. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation, just a chance to share information, get clarity, and make sure the training feels like a good fit for where you are right now.

There’s something truly magical about the studio at night, especially when it’s raining. The lights are softer, the world outside slows down, and the space feels like a little sanctuary tucked away from the noise. Those evening hours invite you to drop in, breathe deeper, and move with a sense of ease you don’t always get during the day. ✨

Come experience that magic during our 7pm classes. If your body is craving a deep stretch and stillness, Yin is there to help you unwind. If you need more movement and warmth, Mixed Level Flow offers space to build heat and energy in a supportive way. And if your nervous system is asking for a full reset, Reset & Restore is your invitation to truly let go and settle in.

We get it and it’s ok👌🏻

Savasana is where the practice truly settles in. While it may look like simple rest, it’s a powerful moment where the body absorbs the benefits of everything that came before, allowing the nervous system to shift into a state of calm, repair, and balance. This intentional pause helps reduce stress, support mental clarity, and create space for integration on both a physical and emotional level. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, savasana teaches us the value of stillness, reminding us that rest is not a reward at the end of effort, but an essential part of our well-being.

A ritual is a supportive practice that gives shape and intention to our days, something we return to not to be perfect, but to be present. Unlike resolutions that rely on willpower and pressure, rituals are grounding, sustainable, and adaptable to real life. If you’re feeling stuck in a rut or noticing your resolution fading, a ritual can be a gentler way to reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change. At the studio, we’re seeing incredible outcomes from those practicing Rooted in Ritual with us this month; more consistency, more awareness, and a deeper sense of support.

Comment “ROOT” to join us for the final two weeks, and let January be a fresh start in caring for yourself with intention and compassion.

When the best part of going to yoga is staying after class to chat, you know you’re in the right spot. It’s in those unhurried moments, sharing stories, laughs, and little pieces of life, where community really takes root. The practice doesn’t end when we roll up our mats; it continues in the connections we build, the way we show up for one another, and the sense of belonging that keeps us coming back. That’s how you know it’s more than just a class, it’s a place where you’re seen, welcomed, and valued.

Studies confirm that a yoga practice, through the gifts of asana (poses), pranayama (breath-regulation), meditation, and yoga philosophy, a way to age with strength, wisdom, and self-compassion is cultivated.

Join Jill every Wednesday as she shares the tools for longevity and quality of life. This is an all-level class with a clear focus, designed to be accessible without being rushed or overly complex. Students are encouraged to begin with what feels appropriate for their body, move with intention, and build over time. While the practices center on healthy aging, longevity, and quality of life, younger students will benefit just as much, developing strength, mobility, balance, and awareness now that support a sustainable, lifelong practice.

The resistance to props is real 😂

But here’s the thing, props don’t make a pose easier, they make it more effective. They help with alignment, reduce unnecessary strain, and allow your body to access the full benefit of the posture. Using props is practicing with awareness, not ego.

You know that stiff, crunchy feeling in your body? Like things just won’t quite move the way they should? That’s often your fascia getting stuck and dehydrated, limiting your flexibility and contributing to soreness, tension, and those nagging aches that don’t seem to go away. In this myofascial release class, we use therapy balls and targeted techniques to apply gentle, sustained pressure to the fascia, encouraging it to soften, hydrate, and release. By working slowly and intentionally, you’ll help restore ease of movement, improve mobility, and create noticeable relief and comfort, often right away, leaving your body feeling more spacious, supported, and at ease.
