We’re continuing our yoga + beer series at Poison Ivy Brewing every other weekend, and you’re invited! These all-levels classes are a low-stakes, fun way to move your body, meet new people, and enjoy a relaxed morning in the brewery’s unique space. No yoga experience needed, just bring a mat, show up as you are, and get ready to flow.

One of the things that makes Om Shanti Yoga so special is the variety of classes offered and the heart behind them. As a teacher-led studio, all instructors are encouraged to create and teach what they’re truly passionate about. That freedom shows up in the diversity of our schedule, whether it’s a powerful flow that leaves you dripping, a quiet class for deep rest, something to strengthen your core, or a space to explore your spiritual path. There’s a rhythm and energy here that comes from letting teachers be fully themselves.

And because of that, there’s a little something for everyone. It’s one of the reasons our community feels so rich and connected. We get to learn from one another, be inspired by different approaches, and discover new ways to move and breathe. It’s a reminder of how beautiful it is to have a space that celebrates individuality while still holding a strong sense of togetherness.

We invite parents, grandparents, and caregivers to bring their kids or grandkids for a fun and interactive session. Together, you’ll enjoy playful movement activities, breathing exercises, and special bonding moments in a supportive environment. No prior experience needed—come as you are! Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours. This class is designed for children ages 5–10. However, if your child is just outside this age range and you feel they’re able to participate comfortably and respectfully, they are more than welcome to join!

Welcome to a class designed to help you relax, stretch, and release all the tension built up from the hectic pace of life. You’ll flow through gentle movements and settle into poses that not only increase flexibility but also strengthen and tone your muscles. Along the way, you’ll learn to breathe in harmony with the flow and during moments of stillness.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience, this class will leave you feeling refreshed and grateful for your wonderful body. Join us for a session that will boost your well-being and leave you feeling rejuvenated!

This class may feel a bit warmer than our other non-heated classes during the summer, as we allow the natural sunlight to gently warm the room. The added warmth can help your body relax and open more easily throughout the practice.

You might’ve heard about the amazing time we had in the Blue Ridge Mountains last fall—and we’re doing it again!

Our next Fall Yoga Retreat is on the calendar, and we can’t wait to head back to the quiet beauty of the mountains. Last year, we showed up as strangers (or maybe just familiar faces from class) and left with new friendships, full hearts, and memories that still make us smile—think cozy meals, peaceful hikes, evening laughs, and daily yoga and meditation that helped us slow down and feel more like ourselves.

We explored cute mountain towns, tried local brews, and enjoyed that rare kind of calm you only find when you step away from the everyday. If you’ve been needing a break, craving a little time to reset, or just want something to look forward to—this is it.
