March Reset is a month-long invitation to pause, breathe, and realign, with two dedicated classes each week ✨Thursdays at 9:15am and Saturdays at 9:45am✨ designed to help you stay connected as the year unfolds. Each class follows a thoughtful three-part structure: we begin with breathwork (pranayama) to settle the nervous system, move into gentle, mindful movement to embody the reset, and close with guided meditation and space for reflection using our Vision Cards. You can join at any point in the month, attend once or return weekly, and even create a new card as your intentions evolve, each class offers a new theme while still standing fully on its own.

We highly encourage attending the first week, as it sets the tone for the month ahead and will include a few extra intentional elements to make it especially meaningful. As an added incentive, anyone who attends three or more Reset classes will be entered into a prize drawing for yoga goodies and studio favorites.

Practicing in community, guided by an experienced teacher, is a powerful and essential part of yoga. At the same time, the moments between classes are where yoga has the potential to support your life in deeper, more consistent ways.

In this workshop, we’ll explore what a home practice can look like beyond the all-or-nothing mindset. From 2-minute breath practices, to short grounding sequences, to longer flows designed around your individual goals, you’ll be introduced to a range of options that meet you where you are.

We’ll talk about how to:
- Choose practices that support your unique body, nervous system, and lifestyle
- Adjust your practice based on energy levels, stress, time, and season
- Let go of the idea that a practice has to look a certain way to be “valid”
- Use simple, realistic habit-building tools that help a home practice actually stick

This is not a workshop about discipline, perfection, or adding another obligation to your life. It’s about ownership, agency, and having practical tools you can return to when you need them most. You don’t need special equipment or prior experience, just curiosity and a willingness to explore what yoga could look like when it’s shaped around you.

Join us the evening before Valentine’s Day for a deeply nourishing 45-minute sound bath centered around self-love, connection, and rest. Whether you come solo to fill your own cup or bring your bestie for a Galentine night in, this experience is designed to help you slow down, soften, and settle into ease.

This sound bath features crystal singing bowls, whose pure tones and gentle vibrations support relaxation of the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and invite the body into a restorative, meditative state. There is no movement and no prior experience needed, just lie back, get comfortable, and receive.

Ticket Options:
$20 — One ticket for some well-deserved self-love
$30 — Two tickets for you + your bestie (Galentine style!)

What to Bring:
-Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
-Fluffy blanket (highly recommended)
-Eye pillow or small towel
-Warm layers or fluffy socks

Arrival Details
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so you have time to gather any additional props you may want. Before the sound bath begins, we’ll briefly demonstrate our favorite cozy prop setups to help you feel fully supported and comfortable (optional, but encouraged!).

Please note: the studio doors will lock shortly after the start of class.

Stress has a way of settling into the shoulders and neck, quietly building tension that can turn into stiffness, aches, and lingering pain. During the winter months, this often gets worse as we hunch and round our shoulders to keep warm, spending more time indoors and moving less.
