Please help us introduce Our new Program manager Janay Powell!!!

Janay has worked as the Open Door Clinic Program Manager since June 2025. She is responsible for managing daily practice operations, providing guidance, training, and support to staff, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Open Door Clinic, and stepping in when necessary to maintain operations, leading to efficient and effective healthcare delivery to patients in need.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Her professional background includes roles in mental health, human services, quality assurance, data analytics, program management, and grant writing. She is deeply committed to serving the entire community and is particularly focused on addressing the needs of underserved residents in Alamance County.
