Hello Loved Ones.

Tonight there is a video being uploaded. It will be uploaded as soon as it can be. (It's uploading now but it's a VERY LONG)

This video is different than the others. We touch base on the gross energy that's happening. It feels muddy and uptight. People's energy's are like a thin wire waiting to snap. It's just all around not a good time.

So take a break with me. Get a drink, and or a blanket. Get a notebook to take notes (because I'm sure your intuition will talk to you too while all this is happening.)

This video is almost an hour long. It's a stopping point for you, for me, and for everyone else who needs it. It's a way point. A moment where you can just breathe.

We do a breathing exercise at the end. But the intention is to give you a space to take a moment from the noise, and the high energy's, or the muddy energies your wading through, and have something and someone to hold on to.

Hello Dear Ones,
I have been sick since Sunday. There was not a video yesterday, nor will there be a video today.

However I do have a message for you. During these emotional/physical/spiritual changes remember to take some down time. It's okay to take a nap, or take some time for self care. No, that does not make you irresponsible. No that does not make you lazy. It makes you human. Humans sometimes need some time to rest and recharge.

My message to you today is simple. Take some time to relax. Take a bath. Read a book. Take a nap. Watch your favorite movie. Listen to your favorite songs.

Do something that recharges you today.

It's for your emotional and physical well-being that you do this. As well as your mental and spiritual well-being.

Trust me. Your body and mind will thank you.

Sorry about today's video. For some reason it posted but then there was no video. I can see it but it doesn't shown up on regular YouTube for some reason. I did double check tomorrow's and it works just fine. So hopefully this was just a little snag.

Some of you have been wondering where I have been. I want to apologize for taking an unexpected break. It was unplanned and unexpected for sure. However there are changes on the horizon that require my full undivided attention.

So I am taking a bit of a sabbatical. I will return after the holiday season with regular videos and a much better mentality that's not so scatterbrained.

I wish you all the Happiest of Holidays and a Merry Christmas and Happiest New Years.

Good things are coming for us all and I cannot wait to share them with you.
