This patient required a definitive full-arch maxillary restoration, two mandibular bridges, and one single-unit crown. A Nexus Hybrid in zirconia was chosen for the upper, two Nexus Micro bridges for the lower arch and a single custom abutment implant crown to complete the case.

3D printed try-in’s were used to confirm occlusion, function and patient aesthetics before final fabrication.

Following the try-in, the case was promptly approved with minor changes and expertly finished.

Using a variety of Nexus restorations, the patient’s smile was beautifully restored by and the patient is very happy with the final result.

It was a fantastic evening of education and collaboration at the Mercer Center for Implants and Periodontics, hosted by Dr. Uzel and supported by our local sales representative Tom Butler.

We were honored to welcome Dr. Ronaldo Barcellos de Santana, Professor and Chair of the Department of Periodontology and Oral Implantology at Temple University, as our guest speaker for the program:
