🚑 Vitality Sight was at The National Conference on EMS!

Jarrod had a great time presenting “It’s Your Move: A Real-Life Game of Critical Decisions.” The session walked attendees through unusual case studies pulled from nearly 25 years of paramedic experience. Participants reviewed real-time information, weighed in through live polling, and then learned how each call actually played out in the field.

The discussion sparked healthy debate, encouraged fresh thinking, and sharpened clinical decision-making skills—helping providers become even better in the field.

One of the greatest performance indicators in any business is repeat customers — they called us in the Spring and we showed up. They called us back, and that means even more.

Today, CLO Jarrod Broadway is headed back up to Massachusetts this week with Instructor Todd Watkins to deliver a 2-day training for The Steamship Authority as part of their Fall in-service program. We’ll be covering:
