If it is meant to be..... I have been thinking a lot about this concept. It seems more like a hallow excuse to passively play with God instead of pursuing our assignment. Waiting is a time for preparation. Starting before you are ready is the ultimate faith step. The circumstances will never be perfect and when we constantly get ready to be ready it doesn't help our purpose. God wants us to have the courage to be a catalyst. We have to give God something to work with. He can't bless steps we never take a dream we never employ or a mission we never start. If you have been called to do something stop second guessing God and give him something to work with. Remember athletes renew their strength in the off season.
