Today we open Reiki I One-on-One Certification — a private, heart-centered path for those ready to begin. 🌙

Reiki II One-on-One will be available in October, and Master Level in January. We’ll also be sharing group offerings for those who wish to learn in community by the end of the week.

✨ My Herbalist Heart is Overflowing ✨
Today my sweet friends Megan and Ann dropped off a bucket and a big bag of fresh elderberries — a blessing of just over 22 pounds! 💜

I spent the evening stripping stems, removing green & red berries and starting a dehydrator batch, plus three huge trays that I’ll freeze on the stem until I can process them later.

Things I learned today…
🌿 Gloves are a must.
🕷️ Spiders love elderberries. I met the big brown one with a white hump, the freakish little blue one, the green ones, and more than one big black garden spider. The excitement…the screams… my poor neighbors!! 😂 (Very large glass of vino in my future!!)

This blessing will help so many of our friends, families, and customers during the upcoming cold and flu season.

I am grateful, I am blessed, and truly — God is good. 🙏✨

🌿✨ What an Amazing Day! ✨🌿

Today I had the honor of guiding four incredible women through Reiki I Certification—and wow, I am still in awe. They stepped into this sacred space, opened their hearts, and embraced the Reiki journey with such courage and beauty.

It was an honest to God amazing day. The energy, the connection, the healing—we were all reminded of the power of saying yes to ourselves and to Spirit.

I’m beyond grateful to walk beside these women and can’t wait to see how Reiki continues to ripple through their lives. 🌙💜

✨ Stay tuned—Reiki II is coming this February, and another Reiki I Certification will be held this December (plus individual trainings for those who prefer one-on-one).
