He comes to this position with over 20 years of , spanning non-profit, for-profit, and academic leadership positions.

Prior to joining Cone Health, he served as the Market Chief Operating Officer for MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a regional healthcare ministry of Trinity Health. Before that, Boore was the Eastern Region CEO for OSF HealthCare in Peoria, Ill. and President of OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
