Local providers!!!! I have a lovely treatment table up for grabs at the end of this month! Sturdy, comfy, adjustable head, and removable cutout for prone work. Pass along to anyone who might be interested. Would love to get a few bucks for it, but totally negotiable! 🙏

To my lovely Thrive Family,

I have some bittersweet news to share with you all. After a great deal of deliberation, my family and I have decided to relocate out of state. Unfortunately, with this decision comes the closure of my business. While I am very excited for the new opportunities that lay ahead, I am so sad to be leaving all of you and this beautiful space that I've created. It has been an absolute dream come true being able to work with you all and provide the care that I love, in the way that I love. I am so thankful to you all for placing your trust in me and giving me the opportunity to be a part of your care.

For my folks who are nearing the tail end of their therapy journey, I am happy to remain a resource for virtual appointments/consults/questions as needed. For folks who are just beginning, or have a need for ongoing in person support, do not fear. I have a few awesome referrals in my back pocket to make sure you are well taken care of.

I will continue to see clients in person through the end of June, and virtually thereafter. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. I will do my very best to support you all through this transition, in any way I can.

There are ALOT of misconceptions about Menopause! It's not just hot flashes & mood swings!

Perimenopause can begin as early as 35 (sooner if there's a medical or surgical reason), which means we can start experiencing symptoms anytime between 35 and 60+!

There is SO much to know about this phase of life, but here are a few of the lesser known symptoms that are important to know about....

💪Muscle Loss (Sarcopenia)
💀Decline in Bone Density (Osteoporosis/Osteopenia)
😫Anxiety/Depression
💦Urinary Incontinence
💥Pelvic Pain
😱Frozen Shoulder (!!!)

The list goes on.... But that doesn't mean we're stuck with these frustrating symptoms! There is SO MUCH we can do to address symptoms and improve quality of life. Be on the lookout for issues, and seek help and information when needed!
