Body: the physical structure of a person. Synonymous with: frame, figure, physique. Aka – The beautiful vehicle that houses our soul. Love: an intense feeling of deep affection

Tribe: a social division in a traditional society consisting of families or communities linked by social ties with a common culture. Body Love Tribe is community of women craving, claiming, and maintaining intense feelings of deep affection for our physical bodies. We are the rupture from society’s rigid body standards. We are linked by our body positive counter-culture ideals. We believe that every woman deserves to love her body, intensely, without changing a damn thing. What we do:

- Provide women with the tools and resources to love and appreciate their bodies

- Unite women around the world to take a stand against society’s rigid body ideals

- Create a culture in which women of all ages, sizes, races, and abilities are respected and valued for who they are, rather than simply what what look like

- Support and empower women to love and celebrate themselves exactly as they are, without changing a thing

The new year is when we tend to adopt idealistic resolutions of falling in love with our bodies through restrictive diets and workouts that we dread. Our resolutions only last a few weeks because, let’s face it, they’re soooo not fun. Then, we’re left feeling defeated and self-conscious.

Instead of resolutions and restrictive diets this year, it’s time to experience more joy and confidence in your body. In this workshop, you will move through a series of practices to release resolutions and get clear on how you desire to feel in your body. You will learn how to set soulful intentions and design a plan of action to feel exactly how you want to feel in and about your body this year. Together we will flow through a freeing, feel good yoga flow class to shake, soothe, and celebrate our bodies as we usher in the new year!
