We believe we can empower our clients to make positive and lasting change in their lives. We specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and their families to help them identify and work with their strengths to achieve their goals. Our counselors are

trained in EMDR, a proven method for resolving traumatic experiences. We are skilled at working with clients who experience both mental health and substance use issues, such as: depression, life transitions, anxiety, family conflict, trauma and PTSD, parenting concerns, substance use disorders, relationship Issues.

Riverstone Counseling Program is hosting a confidential and nonjudgmental group aimed at exploring the impact of cannabis use.

This group is open to high school students and young adults.

Plus, you'll receive $25 for each session you attend.💰

📣We are so excited to announce that we are back in the Winooski Schools! 👋 Meet Iskandar!

Starting this Fall, Iskandar joined Spectrum and the Winooski School community as the new Student Assistance Program Counselor and part-time Spectrum Outpatient Therapist.

Iskandar is thrilled to connect with students as the new school year is underway and hopes to foster a diverse and inclusive school community while creating positive change. He will provide mental health and substance use services via a variety of therapeutic groups and social emotional learning, as well as individually supporting students with acute needs through supportive counseling.
