Today marks 16 years since I graduated massage school—and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else. What started as massage has grown into so much more: esthetics, teaching yoga, and facilitating sound baths. This path has taken me all over the world to live, study, and deepen my practice, and now I have the honor of bringing it all together in my own studio right in my hometown.

I’m endlessly grateful to every person who has trusted me with their body and mind along the way. This work has shaped me into a better human in ways I never expected.

And the best part? I’m just getting started. There’s so much more to learn, and I can’t wait to keep growing. 🤍
