Thursday is B***y Camp @ 5:30pm
followed by Biofield Tuning @ 7pm.
Sometimes in a yoga practice you need to rest following practice and sometimes you need to gain strength. I recently experienced this for myself after the increase in the amount of yoga I was doing.
All of the muscles in my right hip were going through a huge transition. It was going through a reconstruction and realignment. I was resting it a lot, but it was lingering. It wasn't until Nicole went away and I filled in for B***y Camp that the pain totally left and then finished its process of transformation. Almost immediately, the pain was gone and it felt even more functional, stronger and aligned.
B***y Camp is just challenging enough without being overwhelming. It is functional strength with low-impact conditioning and a side of playfulness. It keeps the practices we offer well rounded and supportive for a healthy lifestyle.
