Thanksgiving is our upcoming “event.” How are you preparing for it? How will you manage the day?

There are three approaches:

Iron Will Plan – 100% staying on plan that day.

1-Day Pass Plan – Enjoy the day with structure and mindful choices.

Hog Wild Approach – Eat whatever you want (not recommended).

Which approach will you choose? Think about whether the momentary indulgence is worth the hunger, cravings, and stalled progress you may face next week.

Remember, many of our clients have had great success navigating holiday events by planning ahead—you can do it too!
