We are a small yoga and meditation studio located in Downtown Burlington. Downtown Yoga is located at 216 E Front Street in downtown Burlington, NC.

There is truly something for everyBODY....from traditional beginners yoga classes to our yoga fusion classes.... Our focus is on beginner & advanced beginner level physical poses (with opportunities to practice more advanced poses) that not only build strength in body, but foster creativity and serenity of mind.
