Sound Bath + Sound Massage with Kirk Jones

Kirk Jones of Evolvlove Sound Therapy will guide you through a deeply immersive experience using sound and vibration. You’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply receive—surrounded by the layered tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and bronze bowls played both around and on the body.

This is a space to release tension, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with a quieter, more grounded state within.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

In our musically enhanced classes, the music becomes the anchor, helping to ground us into the present moment with something specific to pay attention to (the music).

Mindfulness and presence is essentially the choice to be fully embodied in the moment you currently occupy and these curated playlists help us do just that!
So come for the music, but stay for the benefits of 60 minutes of fun, playful, intentional movement.

Lie down, get comfortable, and enjoy the pure harmonies of quartz and gemstone crystal bowls with the complex beauty of Paiste gongs, while large bronze singing bowls are rung and sung on the body.

Spring Into Movement at our Burlington Studio!

A Kids Class With D Little and Megan Moon
Sunday March 29th
3:00-4:30pm
$25 || SoulShine Downtown

Join Megan and D for a fun class to celebrate springtime with yoga, creative movement, and mindfulness! We'll play games, do partner yoga, learn hula hoop flow moves, go upside down (work on handstands) and take time for personal reflection and positive affirmations. Empowering activities will support kids to feel and honor their bodies while celebrating the renewing energy of spring.

This 90 min program is designed for children ages 6-12, (grades 1-6)

This is a Family friendly event. Parents can participate in class, relax in the lobby, or leave and come back.

If multiple kids from the same household signup , $5 off each child!
Accounts must be made for each child's name.
Preregistration encouraged but drop-ins are also welcome.

New to yoga? You’re in the right place 🤍

We LOVE welcoming beginners. Our studio is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can start exactly as you are.

If you’re brand new, we recommend beginning with a Gentle class — a slower pace to help you ease into the practice and learn the foundations. Keep an eye on our schedule, too. We regularly offer Beginner Yoga series designed as a thoughtful introduction to yoga.

Want to jump right in? You’re welcome in Vinyasa or Power classes, too. Expect to be challenged — but always at your own pace. Rest when you need to. Stay hydrated. Listen to your body.

It can feel vulnerable being “new” at something. Try not to take yourself too seriously — you’ll catch on quicker than you think.

And one more tip: let your teacher know you’re new before class. We’re happy to share a few pointers and help you feel more at home.

Everyone starts somewhere. We’re glad you’re here. 💛
