To Our Families:
At our practice, we are committed to providing continuous, high-quality care to all of our patients. We want to update you on an important development regarding insurance coverage for children and families who are currently or were previously in foster care.
We are actively working on becoming a contracted provider with the Children and Families Specialty Plan through Healthy Blue Care Together. While this contracting process is underway, we will continue to see your child and ensure that there is no disruption in their medical care.
Once our contracting is fully complete, you will need to contact Medicaid to have your childโs Primary Care Provider (P*P) changed back to our practice. We will notify you as soon as the contracting process is finalized so you can make this update.
