Too many people, places, emotions, lives touched, meaningful conversations, collaborations and our magic over the last 7 years to count.

I am having a hard time articulating how much this has all meant to me. Helping people through my products has been such an honor. The honor of my life.

It’s time for me to move on and it feels very right.

In my bones I know it’s time.

All I have left to say is thank You.

I wanted to offer you one last chance to support me and to stock up on your muscle rub, rest well, facial serum and whatever else is left.

I honestly don’t know when my payment processor will shut down my ability to take payments on my website so please if you need something—grab as soon as you can.

It’s been a bittersweet couple of weeks around Pepper Lee headquarters, as we say goodbye to our sweet Lily. She’s headed back to Florida to be with family and pursue greatness. I have no doubt whatever is next for her is going to be wonderful because she is just the best human. If you’ve met her at market you know what I mean.

Today is Lily’s final and next Saturday is her final so swing by and say your goodbyes!

We will miss her immensely and hope our paths cross again. Cheers to Lily!

Today I am celebrating 10 years without alcohol.

There’s a lot I could say about the past 10 years and what I’ve learned. Mainly I’m proud of myself. I am also really happy that so many people have told me I’ve inspired them to part ways with alcohol. That is really huge.

I think separating from alcohol has allowed me to bloom into a creative person. I have a big capacity for life because I used to have a harder life and now every day feels so much easier that I can just keep joyfully adding things.

I’m proud of the mother, partner and business lady I’ve become (most days🤪)

I am healing out loud, imperfectly and gorgeously. I know not everyone wants to change their lives in the public eye. But it helps me. Community is a big part of my success.

If you have a whisper inside your heart that life would be better if you did something—or quit doing something, I think it’s important to listen to that whisper. I believe it’s your destiny. Always listen to those whispers.

I’ve had help along the way and been inspired by a lot of people and I’m so grateful.
