This yoga Nidra training is designed to take you beyond learning the practice intellectually, and into embodying it, understanding why we practice & learning how to share it with others.
You’ll practice Yoga Nidra for deep rest, nervous system regulation and personal transformation. We also explore applied yogic philosophy & psychology- how patterns of mind show up in life, and how they shift through awareness and practice. Alongside this we study the science of brain waves & nueroplasticity, the subtle body and breath, and the history & purpose of yoga Nidra.
You’ll be supported with a training manual, 4 guided recordings, & a follow up Zoom for integration, questions and teaching practice.
You’ll learn the skills to confidently guide others in Yoga Nidra with clarity, presence & care.
