Acupuncture has helped me in so many ways but most significantly in becoming a new mom & healing from all that comes with motherhood. Happy May Day 🌱

Beltane is one of my favorite celebrations & a tradition for me to plant the seeds both physical & metaphorical seeds for what I want to produce in the summer ahead. I was in my garden in the rain this morning getting so excited about planting & starting pots. Last summer my garden was all about marigolds & while that will always be a staple this summer it’s all about Yarrow.
