for those of you who are new here & may have only met us since the fire in our space .. we’re the mother-daughter duo behind all things simply. 🫶🏼

this business has always been more than just a storefront to us. it’s held big dreams, long days, so much love & care for every person that’s walked through our doors ..
it’s a part of our story. grieving it has been so real. there’s been a lot of tears and a lot of “how are we going to do this?” moments. if we’re honest, there were days we didn’t know if we’d make it through.

& after 10 years in business, we’re closing a chapter on what “used to be.” not because we want to, but because life had other plans. we're rebuilding. moving forward with grace, humility, and a deeper appreciation for one another, our team, and our community.

we are so deeply grateful for every message. every prayer. every donation to support our team members. every shared post. every appointment booked.
we’re humbled by the time, effort, and teamwork of our team members who showed up to help clean out and prepare our temporary space.

in this season we’re choosing to shift perspective. thanking Jesus for the opportunity of a fresh start and for the love that surrounds us.

we’ll never find the words to thank you enough for supporting our small business and for loving us through this. we can’t wait to welcome y’all back into our space.

We’re excited to officially share that our temporary location will be opening March 16! 🥳

At this time we will be offering practitioner-led services only and operating by appointment only. We are working with limited resources as we transition, so we are currently accepting appointments exclusively through online booking.

Due to the circumstances, some of our team members made the decision not to return to our temporary space at this time. Please know that all therapist availability is accurately reflected on our booking site. If you don’t see your preferred time or practitioner available, we encourage you to add yourself to the online waitlist and we will reach out as openings become available.

Our focus during this season is reconnecting with both our team and our clients. Because of that, we won’t have the capacity to answer every phone call and email right away. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, and we will respond within 48 hours.

Please note: this address will bring you to our building, but not directly to our front door, as we’ve moved into a larger building with other businesses. We’ll be sharing specific directions and parking details closer to opening day, and there will be signage to guide you right to us.

While this temporary space may not reflect the same aesthetic you remember, we are so proud of the progress that’s been made. Most importantly, you can expect the same level of care and the same friendly faces.

Dear friends of Simply Massage & Wellness,

We wanted to check in and share a brief update with you. Finding the right words and trying to explain something that still feels surreal is not easy. Still, we want to share honestly where things stand.

First, we want to sincerely thank you. We continue to be deeply encouraged by the support, prayers, and patience you have shown us. It has reminded us why this work matters and why this community is so special. We remain committed to rebuilding and to returning to the work we love. That has not changed.

Unfortunately, the damage to our facility was extensive, and at this time we are facing a full rebuild. We are actively navigating the insurance process, which is complex and lengthy, and much of what comes next is currently outside of our control.

In the meantime, we are working diligently to secure a temporary location so that our therapists can begin seeing clients again as soon as possible. We know how important continuity of care is, and this remains a top priority for us.

At this stage in the recovery process, certain administrative and financial
processes are temporarily on hold while required insurance reviews are underway. Because of this, we are unable to process transactions right now. Please know that all prepaid services and gift cards will be fully honored when we reopen. While we wish we could share clearer timelines, information continues to shift and progress often feels slower than any of us would like. As soon as we have meaningful updates, we will share them with you.

We are doing everything we can to move through this process as efficiently and responsibly as possible. While we are deeply grateful for the outpouring of messages and support, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to respond individually to every message at this time.

We want to share with you openly and from the heart. Please know with certainty that we will restore, and we will reopen.

The fire caused extensive damage, and right now we are carefully navigating the insurance process and all the steps required to move forward the right way. This process takes time, patience, and thoughtful attention, and we are committed to approaching it with integrity and intention.

The heart of this business is our team. We are a small and close-knit group, and caring for them during this time is our top priority. Supporting their well-being, stability, and livelihood through the recovery process is paramount.

Just as deeply, our clients and our community are the reason this work exists. You are why we do what we do, and the trust you place in us gives this work its meaning. Getting back to our clients and returning to the work we love is what’s guiding us forward.

We also want to directly address a question many of you are asking. All gift cards will be honored. They remain valid, and your trust in us is something we take very seriously.

While we may not be able to respond individually to every message right now, please know that the support, prayers, encouragement, and kind words have carried us through some very heavy moments. They matter more than you can imagine.

dear friends of simply massage & wellness,

this isn’t how we imagined we’d start the new year, and it’s with heavy hearts that we share this update with you.

unfortunately, we experienced a fire early this morning that caused significant damage to our space. this happened while no one was in the building and no one was harmed .. that alone is something we are holding onto with immense gratitude.

due to the extent of the damage, we must close until further notice as we assess the situation and begin the recovery process. at this time, all appointments are canceled until further notice. we will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
