It's been a little bit since I've shared what TTY has been up to! So here's a peek at some fun classes I was able to bring to Northeast Primary School NE this past Fall! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to teach a whole crew of awesome kindergarten students. We had a blast learning yoga poses and songs as well as breathing techniques with bubbles! 🫧 Thank you so much for having me!! 💚🧘🏼‍♀️🌿

I'm presenting at the Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children conference in Burlington later this month!

My colleague and I are teaming up to present
"Low Cost - High Impact: Transform Everyday Classroom Activities into Powerful and Effective Regulation Strategies."

We are combining our experiences as a PreK teacher (Lauren) and Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Kids Yoga Teacher (me) to bring what we hope will be a fun, engaging, and informative session to early childhood educators in Vermont!

Did you know Tiny Trees Yoga offers kids yoga classes and professional development in schools and ECE programs?

✨YOGA STORIES!✨

We created our own yoga sequences! You can use any yoga cards or visuals for this activity. We chose cards by for this one. Each group put the cards in any order they chose to tell a story with yoga poses.

Not only was it super fun, but yogis got to learn new poses while also practicing teamwork and communication skills. They all did AMAZING!

Next Saturday, August 23, we will have a back-to-back morning of yoga!
Yoga for Littles, ages 2-5, at 10 am, followed by Kids' Yoga, for ages 6+, at 11 am. 🙆
