Happy birthday to my little brother

For anyone who dont know, this is my little brother who has traveled the world....walked runways for the biggest events in modeling and built an amazing portfolio within real estate!!!

As young boys, we were not handed money.....we were taught to work your as* off for what you want and go after your hopes and dreams at all costs! 👊

Since we were little kids......no matter if we saw eye to eye on something or disagree, we were each other's only sibling and held the same blood in one anothers veins so I always told him......I have your back no matter what and will always protect you even if you are taller or more famous 💗!!!!

In the past couple of days, i had the pleasure of having at the gym and warehouse!!!

Wow, what a pleasure it was to host you, but also help you create something special for your new gym!!! We talked life...bodybuilding....gyms...equipment.....competing and family!!!

The crazy thing about building gyms is the people that come along with this! That's what I love the most is the lifelong friendships that we cultivate!!!

Ken, it was a pleasure having you, sir. I look forward to building something amazing and can't wait to see this thing come to life!

Amazing day yesterday building out a new badas* gym for my friends

Happy birthday to my Dad Manolis Harvalias, the man i looked up to since I was a little kid!!!

I never realized how lucky I was to have such a good Dad as a young boy who encouraged me and told me he loved me! I remember as a young boy wanting to be just like my dad.....lift weights.....ride motorcycles.....mow the grass.....own a restaurant as I got older. Just wanted to make him proud of me. Now I have a son 7 years old that idols my dad just like I did!

It's amazing to see someone just idealize you like you're an action superhero! It's a love that can't be explained and something money can never buy! So now I hope my greatest gift to my Dad is the rebirth of a new generation of Harvalias, and he wears the name proud for us all!

Love you, Dad, and I hope you have an amazing day!!!
