Honestly if I'm being real.......never thought it was possible financially for me to take a family to things like this!!! 20 years ago it didnt seem possible to me!

The manager for your gym or business is so so important!!!

If you can't be there all day you need someone to operate it just as if you would and be your eyes and ears when your not there!!!

When you have someone who creates a culture and family like atmosphere at your business people will love it and usually stay cause they feel the love!!!

Trust me build a family at your gyms......you can have all the best equipment but if you have the wrong people in place retention will remain low and the business will never perform to its best capabilities đź‘Š
